With a 13mm thickness, Laminex Panels for Partitions have a black core, that when machined, presents a distinctive black edge that serves as a unique design feature. The compact panels' inherent strength and durability is due to thermosetting resins, homogeneously reinforced with cellulose fibres and manufactured under high pressure and temperature. As such, panels are self-supporting, moisture resistant and durable.

Why Antimicrobial?

More than ever, people are looking for ways to fight the spread of germs. Whether in the home or in public spaces, Protec+® antimicrobial surfaces, found on our Panels for Partitions Standard range, inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi. Lower levels of bacteria and fungi not only means improved hygiene, but also a reduction in staining, odours and premature degrading of materials.

 

Protec+ Antimicrobial Surfaces

Protec+ antimicrobial surface with a silver additive introduces an additional layer of hygienic protection on our Panels for Paritions Standard range, making for an innovative surface that inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi. Independently tested for antibacterial and antifungal efficiency in accordance with IS022196:2011, JIS Z2801 and ASTM.

 

How does it perform

Laminex™ Panels for Partitions Standard range is backed by a 10 year limited warranty, and Laboratory Range is backed by a 5 year limited warranty so when durability and functionality are a premium, there’s no better selection.

 

Workability

Standard tools for hardwood can be used for machining or processing such as sawing, drilling and routing. Neither the surface nor the sawn edges need to be protected or sealed. Panels will present a distinctive black edge.
