Order Confirmation Emails

We can send you an automatic email from our system when an order is accepted, when an order delivery dates changes, and when an order is dispatched from us.

Please use the form below to update your order confirmation preferences - these emails come directly from our back-end system and are trigged by the following events:

  1. Order Confirmation - email is sent when the order is accepted by our back-end system
  2. Order Update - An email is sent to the order confirmation email when an expected delivery date changes due to:
    • Stock being late arriving to us
    • Stock in a warehouse being lost or written off.
    Does not apply to:
    • Orders lost or delayed in transit
    • Orders coming directly from the Melteca plant
    • Orders that were not processed in time on the day of dispatch
  3. Order Dispatch - email is sent when an order is dispatched from one of our warehouses or our NZ manufacturing plants

Please note:

  • We can only load one email address for order confirmation and updates and one for dispatch advice
  • We recommend using a catch all address so that emails don’t get missed
